What are we eating today?

D: Rouladen with steamed curly kale and purple spouting broccoli.

Rouladen are very thinly cut 8Oz beef steaks, made into a parcel containing lardons and chopped onions, cooked in red wine and garlic gravy

Absolutely drooling :p

B: Quax Flax, peperami, 2 babybels
L: A sausage, some fried onion and cabbage with a dash of gravy
D: Some salami, some stilton, a mini pork pie (10g carbs)
W: Lots
A: 1.5 glasses of Sauv Blanc (hic)
E: None really

Not suitable for induction but OK for higher-level OWL level of carbs.

S - corned beef, half a mim with boursin
W - loads

D - sirloin steak, boursin 'sauce'
S - will do celery sticks later, corned beef, ham

A - 0 - tomorrow is St Patrick's day though, so I'm sort of obliged to ;)

I havent had sauerkraut or bratwurst for many a moon, I feel another trip to the shops coming on :D

morning everyone and happy st patricks day :)

still feeling really fluey, i attempted breakfast..well opened the fridge door looked in, felt dodgy so went back to bed...think i will be off atkins for a couple of days, but i have a fridge full of yummyness just waiting for me :)

D-? maybe steak and curly kale.
W- does coffee count? 4 pints of water 2 pints of fresh coffee, I am nearly shaking,lol.
