B: Quaxo Flaxo, a couple ofbabybels
S: peperami
L: Cumberland sausage, broccoli and a bit of gravy
S: peperami
D: A couple of frankfurters, some stilton, 2 glasses of Sauv Blanc
W: Lots (got annoyed having to go to the toilet all the freaking time!)
A: see D
E: Walk to work, walk home, 1.5 miles?

Third day of real Atkins (well as real as it gets round here) :D

B - two fried eggs
L - chicken breast and a little salad and mayo
D - sirloin steak, boursin 'sauce'
S - will do celery sticks later, corned beef, ham
W - plenny
A - 0 - tomorrow is St Patrick's day though, so I'm sort of obliged to ;)
E - 0

D - trout with lemon & rosemary, stir fried purple brocolli, salad & mayo

I havent had sauerkraut or bratwurst for many a moon, I feel another trip to the shops coming on :D

morning everyone and happy st patricks day :)

still feeling really fluey, i attempted breakfast..well opened the fridge door looked in, felt dodgy so went back to bed...think i will be off atkins for a couple of days, but i have a fridge full of yummyness just waiting for me :)

No kicks up the bum from me - that would be too hypocritical. Totally agree re the energy-sapping power of carbs too. :( Good luck for tomorrow nanny.
