What are we eating today?

Roosnanny I buy some pork sausages from tesco. They are free range organic ones. They are £3.99 for 6 and come in a black plastic tray with a cardboard sleeve. Jimmy something I think but not sure. They're very nice and only 1.8g carbs for 6 sausages xx

Hi Rosenanny! *waves*

I have ASDA Extra Special gluten free sausages. They're 97% meat and have trace carbs per 100g. They're also very yummy & currently on offer atm - 2 x packs of 6 for £4

I am having:

L: egg mayo salad
D: tuna salad
Snacks: jelly, pepperami, cheese

B - grilled bacon and halloumi yumyum
L - will have to be snacky things as im at uni probs babybels pepperami lol
D - gammon steak with salad

S - probs a tuna mayo with leaves somewhere in there

Afternoon all - having a hungry day today but fully expected and brought lots for grazing on through the day.

In no particular order
Quax Flax and cream
3 lc sossies
3 slices corned beef and philly
tuna mayo with romaine lettuce (a splash of Nando's hot sauce in the mayo gave it a nice edge)
celery soup
pork chops for tea, prob cauli or broccoli (actually a bit of both)

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - Jillian (day 2) shake weight too
A - nope

Have also taken the step of moving the scales from the bathroom to somewhere I can't get at them easily - just to make me focus for a few days to get back in the swing of things, might weigh Friday, might not, depends on how I am feeling - want to get away from the scales dictating my mood for the day as they invariably do, especially after my recent gains.

What is this pork delight u speak of, and how do i make it??

Pork belly strips. Season with Chinese 5 spice and cook on a grill pan on the rack in the oven really low about 150 degrees for about two hours.
Meat goes all tender, crispy crackling and lovely melty fat! I'm drooling just thinking about it!
