As the title says, what foods do you have / rely upon every day on weight watchers?

I'm starting up again!

I would appreciate some pointers.

Thanks.

I cannot live without zero point soup. I have it every day as part of my lunch and some nights when I'm feeling peckish and have no points left. I make a big batch of it every Sunday to last the week. Fruit and curly wurlys and salad potatoes are also my must haves what about you?

Some great tips thanks!
Sugar free squash is great with sparkling water.
I also make butternut squash chips which are zero points. I make them if I fancy something with a glass of wine at the weekend.
Pink and whites are also yummy if u put them in the micro for about 8 seconds it goes lovely and chewy

All great ideas thanks.

Are curly wurlys really 3pp?! Or are they small ones you buy?

Also sorry to be a pain, are sweet potatoes pointed or free?

Thanks very much.

hi:) the 3pp curly wurlys are the ones in a multipack:) not sure if single ones are 3pp too though. Im pretty sure that sweet potato has to be pointed but no idea what its points are:)
