What are you eating today-Tuesday

CONFESSION TIME- I ate four sweet and sour chicken balls yesterday, normally my absolute fave but my god did they make me feel sick after all i could taste was oil and fat, at least i know i'm not missing out on anything now.

Scales this morning say 0.6lbs lost am convinced i haven't lost anything and the scales are just winding me up.:p

So for today

Breakfast- Rice Krispie multi grain thing- 200cals

Lunch- WW chicken and noodle soup- 90

Dinner- ???????

Breakfast - HUGE fruit salad with mango, melon, peach, raspberries and strawberries - 280 cals

Lunch - Wholemeal ham sandwich - 300, Apple 50

So far 630
Well dinner is going to be large salad of lettuce/onion/sweetcorn/pepper with 50g couscous and a small bit of chicken with onions and mushroom, i know the couscous is 100 cals but no idea what the rest comes to any ideas?????????
