Just had an absolutely fab day out at Cartmel races!!!!

Took a lovely red day picnic, had wonderful weather and even only winning a place on one race didn't have me reaching for the famous sticky toffee pudding. I felt virtuous!!!

Then I came home.... Have had Chinese - kind of on plan (I didn't weigh it, but I know that it will have weighed more that the 360g syn value quoted in my books, but have still counted it as only 5 1/2 syns) and so had to turn it into an EE day. Think that I've had too much milk to be counted as one hex a though.....

However......will call today a slight blip and carry on tomorrow, back on plan.... WI on Wednesday...

then Charity Shop, found some great finds chatted up and was chatted up by Spanish Manager Pedro, am loving it . Swear it happens every time I wear Elle's jeans lol..........
