The other half is on his works xmas do tonight, so I am treating myself to a huge steak tonight.....with a proper oven cooked Jacket Spud from my HE, some scrummy veg and the onion rings using the recipe that was posted here the other day! Going to syn it up and make a pepper sauce but only have a little drizzle!!!
