Slim for Summer!
I had a slip-up today (details in my blog thing) & I feel terrible about it, but I was thinking that maybe I should miss out my bar for today, or replace it with a shake, or only have half? I really don't want this to effect me.. I feel so sick & guilty about it.
According to caloriecount.com I consumed 20kcals & 3g or carbs. I know that doesn't sound loads & I feel silly for stressing over it but I'm still worried. >:
