I start my diet Monday but I am really worried about what I can drink, I know it sounds strange but I cant drink water on its own. I always add squash.

What squash can I add to make it more apetising without taking me out of ketosis??

    thanks for your advise, Tasha
    :)

Hi there yes you can as long as it is in tablet form. You can also add them to the shakes as well if you like and it does improve them quite a bit. xx

I used to drink peppermint tea when I was on LL, and it didn't seem to affect ketosis at all.

It has to use malic acid not citric acid and I presume diet coke has citric.

You can't have anything with citric acid in it.

Coke Zero and Dr Pepper Zero don't contain citric acid, so they are okay.
However, Diet Coke and Pepsi Zero are not okay, because they contain citric acid.

For anything else in the fizzy drink/squash range, check the label.

    Hope that helps.
