I would bin the crackers and have a spoonful of the philly for the one point :)

How about a bit of half fat butter on your veg, a bit of WW cheese in your sandwich, squirt of ketchup etc - some of those things that make your food that little bit better

I live for ketchup and BBQ sauce.... can't beat it. Mushrooms, fried in frylight with lots of black pepper, served with a tbsp of ketchup, that's really nice for 1pp

Or boil up some broccoli and yup, ketchup and black pepper on that too - also 1pp

Or a new discovery for me, has been the WW (spelt wrong!) creme fraiche, which is 1pp per tbsp. I made Quorn stroganoff with this last night, which was 3pp altogether, you could leave out the Quorn for a 1pp pasta sauce instead? It was mushrooms, onions and Quorn browned off in a pan, with paprika and chilli, and some garlic, then a stock cube and a dash of water, simmered for 5 minutes. Then I added a tbsp creme fraiche stuff, warmed it through, seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley and it was SO tasty.
DEFINITELY making that again. Would be good with meat too, instead of Quorn.
