What can I take for a cold that won't knock me out of ketosis

Hi there, I woke up this morning with a really sore throat... it hurts to swallow and I feel body sore (although that could be because of the wii fit) but my partner said that's how his cold started and he's only just getting over it.... I really don't want to stop ss'ing or go out of ketosis, is there anything I can take to make me feel better without risking it?

When i was on cd and had a cold i just had paracetomal sorry not a lot of help, some people say they like the waterflavouring made into a hot drink when they are not well but i was allergic to the flavouring so cant comment really.lol.

Hi sorry youre not feeling well,you can take beechams all in one capsules,I took the box to my cdc and she said they are fine.They are really good hope you feel better soon
