Im on 35 and today i have been starving. It just seems to good to be true to be able to eat these kind of foods and lose weight lol

didnt explain myself too well, i had a packet of quavers, a kitkat and a small amount of cheese with pasta.

so im not using all my points on unhealthy food, just a couple.

My daily food (does change) is as follows!

Breakfast- cornflakes and semi skimmed milk 5pp

Snack - fruit 0pp

Lunch- ham 1pp
Lettuce 0pp
Cucumber 0pp
Tomato 0pp
WW tortilla wrap 3pp
Weight watchers crisps 2pp
Fruit 0pp

Dinner-
WW meal 7-8pp

Snacks aswel

I don't always use all my 26pp but try to if I can
There are lots of combinations and foods u can eat from WW soup to bread etc

13lbs to goal

I eat quavers most days and cheese because its easy at work. As long as your within points then its not so bad but if your hungry drink plenty of water and snack on fruit as well :)

I'm on 31 and I still get peckish so a typical day for me is
Shreddies and milk- 6pp
Either homemade 0pp soup, 2pp ww soup with 2 slices of ww bread-4pp or 60g of couscous-6pp with roasted veg
For tea I have a healthy meal like asparagus risotto, pasta or jacket potato followed by a kitkat or m&s chocolate mousse 2pp.
Today though I had a Starbucks hot choc and a cookie. Went over my dailies but cut into my weeklies. I sometimes wonder if I will lose, I will find out Monday :)
