I eat quavers most days and cheese because its easy at work. As long as your within points then its not so bad but if your hungry drink plenty of water and snack on fruit as well
I'm on 31 and I still get peckish so a typical day for me is
Shreddies and milk- 6pp
Either homemade 0pp soup, 2pp ww soup with 2 slices of ww bread-4pp or 60g of couscous-6pp with roasted veg
For tea I have a healthy meal like asparagus risotto, pasta or jacket potato followed by a kitkat or m&s chocolate mousse 2pp.
Today though I had a Starbucks hot choc and a cookie. Went over my dailies but cut into my weeklies. I sometimes wonder if I will lose, I will find out Monday
