    Hey,
I don't have the lists of quantities of foods you can have, but chicken and lettuce are allowed. You can also have tuna, tofu, quorn, white fish and cottage cheese, along with mushrooms, broccoli and other vegetables.

might seem a stupid question, but could you have a packet of crisps and a mini salad or anything?

You can't have crisps! You can have lettuce and cucumber, but no onion, pepper or tomatoes.
