What day do weigh?

i go on a tuesday but only every 3/4 weeks .i have got scales here so can keep track but like u do get excited about my official wi

I get weighed every two weeks on a Thursday. However my scales at home are 6 pounds lighter Theirs is an old fashioned one with moving weights across the top. I guess that type is more accurate.

I only go every 2 weeks because the nearest pharmacy is a long way away.

I know, there's not many places around that do the diet. I'm quite lucky as the nearest one to me is about 30mins drive away.

I weigh on a Monday, tomorrow being my first weeks weigh in. It's like waiting for my birthday. The anticipation is almost worse that drinking the vanilla shake!!!

I'm the same as you Rosie, I'm really nervous and excited at the same time I know I have to have lost something as my clothes are a lot loser than they were
I didn't take the vanilla flavour, as I really don't like vanilla! Is it bad?

Oh I totally loved vanilla...when I started it was the only one that I could really take...within a few weeks though I loved them all...taste buds totally changed...it was weird.

Hey ... well I weigh every Thursday evening and dont bother using
any other scales except the one at the pharmacy!!!
Which I will be dreading this week after my little episod at the weekend!!!
