For me its Tuesday evening, as it was my weightwatchers class so its gotten into a habit
I chose the class because its local, and I've got Monday to undo a bit of the damage over the weekend.... if I left it to thursday/friday I don't think I'd be quite as good
I started on a Saturday, so weighed myself before I started and then have that as my weigh-in day. (I was weighing daily too, but trying to break that habit)
I started on Tuesday the 1st March, so tuesdays its gonna be (saying that...I have had a sneaky peek each morning..tut...but I am sure its first week excitement) x
I do weigh daily as well, but I don't keep note of it or else I would obsess. Its just nice seeing the numbers going (gradually) down. If I had a lot less to lose I think I would have to give it up as I'd be obsessing over tiny amounts!!
I weigh in on Sunday coz it stops me bingeing over the weekend! Well it did last weekend anyway
I used to be a serial weigher but I'll only get on the scales now if I need a wee boost!
On a wednesday, I changed my day from Monday to give my first reading as a full week on exante. Dh hasn't hidden them this week for me so I've been a bit hoppy on them. 2 more sleeps to my second weigh in on the plan.
