I like the flapjacks!!! And I never spit!!!!

I hated the soup but I know my tastebuds have changed so I may try it again if I'm still doing LT in the autumn.

I love the strawberry milkshake - I feel like I'm indulging in a MacD's when I have it!!!

Well I was going to try the flapjacks this week but after everyones discussion on swallowing or spitting, I'll stick to the shakes. That way I can swallow every time ;-)
I lurve the chocolate and strawberrys ones. mmmmmmmmmm

i know it is personal taste but i have heard alot more of flapjacks are horrid than i have there nice, even my dog wouldnt eat any of it!

and it is such a waste to spit lol!! x
