I'm currently suffering from food poisoning and the thought of eating protein is making me feel quite ill. I've been craving sweet things so I've had diet coke and a tiny piece of choc. Which is suppressing it quite well. On the upside I've lost 3 pounds but I know will gain back when I start eating...

Was wondering what would everyone eat when they are ill?

    Love L xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Only homemade soup, so unless you've filled your freezer up... scrambled eggs and smoked salmon - YUM! Baby food! Lovely! Yoghurt... At times like this, the full freezer is useful, but if you don't have, hope someone's with you to make you something!

Oat bran might help - it would be easy on your tummy, and should help to absorb any toxins in your system and flush them out faster.
