What do you do if you forget to take your tablet?

Once or twice I have forgotten to take my blue pill before my meal, I have remembered it half way thro' once till after I had eaten, what do you do if you do that? Do you take it late or don't take it at all?

I would take it after I have eaten if I forgot, I think its ok to take after eating up to 30mins

It's up to a hour after a meal. (that's what it says in the instructions) x

It says in my packet to take taken before during or upto an hour after a meal.

I have forgotten once or twice to take my tablets out with me so just not taken it and kept very low fat x

I thought i was an hour before or an hour after, thats what I have been doing so far anyway...

meh,havent been able to take wee blue tablet much of this week,
dont know whetherI have lost weight either
