Hi guys, I am on day 7, and have been 100%, but have now come down with a draining cold and sore throat. Does anyone know what medicines, or even throat sweets i could take if any and stay in ketosis.

Does anyone eat small amounts of food when they are not well, or just keep on ss?

Thanks for your help. I am just so in the zone, which is not like me and am scared if i fall out of ketosis, my willpower wont get me bag in xx

If you are bunged up use some Vicks or put some Olbas oil on your clothes as these help open up the airways without sticking anything in your mouth.

    Hi tracey

I came down with a cold on day 3 of my restart, managed to shake it off with paracetamol caplets, plenty of fluids and rest. Stayed at home so I wasn't exposed to freezing weather - not feasible for everyone I know.
Didn't eat any extra but I do have 4 foodpacks a day. Got rid of cold within 3 to 4 days but felt rough.
Hope you are better soon x
