....... A lovely afternoon sitting chatting and getting to know each other. It was the 'offical' Belfast Atkins Minis meet up today and it's now official that none of us are crazy knife yielding stalkers.

Pigletville, Alpaca it was a real pleasure, thank you.

Oh, Di there's almost 10 carbs in the tin of tomatoes that DS used today he made his own sauce with herbs, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and some frozen veg and it was rather nice. They all had pasta I ate half a bag of salad so I could say I was being good today. .

I'm at the airport and don't want to leave .. Such a stunning place and everyone is so friendly!
