What do you get when you join pls ?

Hi Everyone, Can anyone tell me what books you get when you join on your first meeting please. Have started doing Atkins / Red Days again as all my weight crept back on I would like to get the up to date books . Thanks

You get the standard book with the guidelines for the Extra Easy plan and your weigh-in record, plus a Support book (has BMI ranges etc in plus tips on how to get family & friends to support you), a Body Magic book, and a final book which has the details of the Red, Green & Success Express plans

Thank you, So if I read that right you get everything you need to follow the plan on either day red / green etc

Yes. The red and green plans are now in a separate book from the EE plan.

Yes exactly - the consultant will only talk through Extra Easy in the welcome talk though, I think they don't want to confuse you on the first night.

Fab thank you, I have seen that you can join for free with Woman magazine , so am thinking I could up date my info
