Extra Easy What do you have

Before your morning workout. I'm planning to go to the gym before work so I will leave around 7:15. Is a banana ok to have before a workout then have my porridge at work before I start?

The plan I'm used to, fitting in the gym I'm not haha
 
Thanks emsie. I am so determined this time, fed up of failing so I'm trying to plan it all x
 
Exactly the same as I used to do!! Fruit before then porridge or weetabix always worked well for me :)
 
I'm a bit naughty and don't eat anything before ny morning run. Depending how early my baby gets me up I may have a coffee. Not good I know. When I get in I tend to have something egg based imperfect, sw quiche, fl egg!
 
I either have nothing (if going to the gym) or a banana (if going out for a run), and seem to get on ok with both :) Usually have a yogurt and fruit after x
