When I eat chewing gum it makes my tummy hurt - even when not dieting.

Can anyone suggest something good I can have so my breath doesn't smell.

I am only on day 2 but I can feel it already.

I just want something that will be good for work.

    Thank you

Tried to find them today but couldn't - I bet they are quite expensive too - I wonder if a little breath spray would be better - think I might try and find one :)

Caroline - you're a similar weight to my start weight so it is interesting to see how much you have lost - have you gone down a dress size yet?

Probably 1 or 2 however haven't needed to buy too many new clothes yet as I was wearing clothes that were far too small. Don't think my brain has caught up yet if you know what I mean :D

Just looking at what you need to lose too - very similar to me and in 8 weeks that target now looks so small!

I can't wait to get to that point!

I have NEVER been smaller than the size I am which is scary but I am so excited to be doing this.

Good luck Ishafik! I know people tend to buy the strips online, on ebay and stuff like that, but that can be annoying (I just chew gum) but people have mentioned using breath spray and said that's pretty good! Or carry a travel sized mouthwash (available at Superdrug) around with you for a little rinse now and again!

Just keep a small mouthwash and use it eating. The occasional tic tac as well.
