I have tuna sandwich or omlette or creamed rice and fruit, or bagel with bacon
i dont normally use more than 4 points on breakfast
the tuna sandwich is 2.5 with ww products
omlette is normally 1 0r 2 points depending on the filling and if i use yolks or not.
rice and fruit is about 3 points 1.5 for ww creamed rice and 0.5 per apple or pear.
ww bagel is 2points and bacon is ww 0.5 points
