What drinks are you allowed to have?

I've just been drinking water, do you allow yourself anything like tea or coffee? Do you just take the calories out of your snack or dinner?
Also what do you do if you are going out and having a drink or two? Or do you not do that at all? I am going to a friends BBQ at the weekend, i plan on just having some salad as my one meal of the day and then maybe having a drink what do you think?

I have worked out that a cup of tea with semi skimmed milk n no sugar is about 25 cal so my 4 cups of tea a day make up one of my 100 cal snacks
