i know people use it for a pizza base!! syn free pizza!! i havent tried it myself but those who's pictures i have seen say its yummy!

I've made smash pizza bases which are fab (there are lots of recipes on the recipe forum)
Plus I always use it in my stews/curries/casseroles etc as a thickener, particularly when I'm cooking in my slow cooker as the liquid doesn't reduce down - I find it's much better than flour (which is obviously incredibly synful) plus gives a lovely texture to the sauce/gravy.
The other thing I've used Smash for is as a coating for onion bhajis (again recipe is on the recipe forum somewhere). I didn't really get on with them but might be worth a try?
