I would say a normal scale is good enough as you can work out the propoints from your pocket guide or from the calculator.

I would say the things worth buying are the calculator, the shopping guide and eat out if you go out a lot :)

just get some cheap scales from argos:)!, and a calculator needs purchased:)!, you don't really need the shopping out guide, google them:)!

Yip I go with that, just a pair of regular digital scales for food and a ww calculator, maybe a nice notebook and stationary to keep a written food diary. Best of luck with the plan, once you get into it its easy enough and seems to work for everyone on here xx
