I'm having a low fat chicken curry today, about 100g of chicken breast pieces and 80g of rice with it with a small side salad of grated carrot and cucumber to help fill me up!
Hmmm wonder if I'll manage dinner tonight...... Was starving when I woke up first thing but didn't quite finish my toast & don't fancy anything else yet.....
a nice, easy meal tonight for me. Baked spud with about half a tin of curry and a side salad. Everyone will have the same but the kiddies will have a little butter and grated cheese with theirs
