Hi
I do a hatha yoga class weekly and have just ordered a dvd so that I can practice daily at home for about 45 minutes.
I am starting Pilates twice a week next week to work on my core muscles.
I also try to go to the gym 2-3 times a week; there I do about half an hour jogging/walking on the treadmill and a 30 minute hard swim.
My bike is in the repair shop but when it's fixed I want to start cycling to the yoga and pilates classes etc to get a bit more in (would be about 15 minutes each way). I used to cycle a lot and loved it so want to get back into it. It shrinks your ass and legs fast!
