Total Solution What happened to Xmas???

Typical me, months have gone by and I am nowhere near losing weight... In fact I have gained loads feel horrible!

In the new year I thought I would try slimming world, as always, first week went fantastically and then it went down hill. VLCD are the only way I have lost large amounts.

So here I am (again)... Starting tomorrow on Total Solution...wish me luck? Trying to look forward...struggling though.

hey good luck, you'll do fine, don't worry just go with the flow, I'm best at this all or nothing malarki, I use the time while not eating to re programme my brain, I'm nearly at goal and it's been a blast xx
