What happens at a first meeting?

I've decided that I want to start WW and really don't know whether to work it out myself, join online or go to meetings. Cost is the major factor in this. I just want to ask, if I go to a meeting, will I be given everything I need to be able to start, like the books with propoints in, or are these a seperate cost? If there is no other cost, are they given at the first meeting?

I'm going to a meeting for the first time on Thursday, I found a voucher in the paper on sunday for a free registration and free 1st meeting, there all over at the min. May save you some pennies just to buy a paper and get a taster meeting free.

Know it's not what u asked but hope this helps financially

Hi Ladies

I hope this helps,

In your first meeting you will be weighed

You will recieve your folders including a pocket guide to propoints values in most basic foods, a wheel that will help you to work out pro points using nutritional values.

Your leader will explain your plan to you

you can of course buy extras like eating out guides or points books for shopping but you can get along with the basics.

It costs £6.99 a week if you pay weekly & this includes your weekly weigh in & meeting.
