what happens if i miss a cd shake?

i just tried to make a muffin :sigh: i used a chocolate orange pack, the consistancy looked alright, but it just tasted of salt with a tang, i can't finish it and now i am a pack short. Does this matter?

well i've only had 1 bar today at that was at half 12 and about 1.5 litres of water... just can't face anything else
