What happens in developement?

I am only on week 4, so I know its early to think about, but I just wondered as I will have at least 6 stone more to lose. I am pretty certain the rest of my group, who are fantastic women, will be onto management by then and I will really miss them.:wave_cry:

Does a new group form? Any further counselling?

I too am only on week 4 but interested to know how development works. I've read that some people don't get along with it like foundation so it has sewn a seed of doubt..
