What have I missed?

I've been off plan for a good few months so missed the introduction of EE. Not that it bothers me as I'm veggie and only ever do green days anyway. Are there any other developments I've missed out on? I'm not going back to class as none are easy to get to anymore. Just thought there might be huge HE changes that I don't know about...

With regards to green theres not that many changes
- only fruit and veg (excl.parsnips, peas, beans and pots) are superfree
- eggs, quorn and yogurt are now only free
- Asda wholemeal pitta bread is a HeB! :p
Superfree also excludes avacodos (but I guess that goes without saying!)

Ooh thanks for those quick replies.

PITTA BREAD HEB?! I've been waiting to hear those words! Now I can have my homemade free falafel, free hummous and green salad pittas and not cheat!

I will, thanks....I'm sure everyone's asked, but why is it just the Asda ones? Are they smaller or do they have more fibre?

Someone posted the fibre content compared to a Tesco one yesterday and they were quite different!

Do you have a recipe for the free falafel please? I LOVE falafel!

Oh i just adapted the chickpea bahji recipe from the green days book. If I remember rightly you mash a tin of chickpeas with boiled cubed potato, mix in your spices (ground cumin and ground coriander), then bind it together with an egg, shape into balls and bake for 20 mins. I'll have a look for the proper amounts/weights.

It appears they have a recipe for falafel anyway. It's available to everyone, whether members or not, on the SW website. Google 'slimming world falafel' I've not tried this one, but it is very similar to the bhaji one which is delicious!
