What have I unleashed?!

I just can't seem to get back on track following my fatilicious bank holiday weekend. I have hoovered up every crumb that has crossed my path today.

I wouldn't be surprised it I've put everything I've lost back on and then some.

I was feeling so focussed and now it feels like I'm not in the zone any more :sigh:

Not to worry hun, we all come off track sometimes!!

You just need to draw a line under it, if you want to snack find something free to pick at. Drink a lot of water, your hunger feeling is the same as your thirst feeling.

Most importantly dont beat your self up about it, if you think positively you'll act positively and feel positive. Good luck for the week ahead! xx

Thanks hun. I'm going to start afresh in the morning and see how I go. I was contemplating going it alone to save a bit of money but I think I need to get myself well and truly back on track first.
Make sure you use the mentality of starting a fresh now, that way you dont excuse yourself from having naught things this evening because your 'allowed'

Your not alone, you have us all on here :) i go to group and i have to say i really apprechiate the extra support, its really expensive but i know i couldnt do without it :)

I hope you do well whatever you decide xx

I've been well and truely off plan this weekend too! These bank holidays are dangerous things ;-) Back on plan today - you just have to draw a big fat line under all your badness and start again - no point beating yourself up over things you have already eaten - it wont make the calories disappear!

Onward and downwards!! lol - hope you have a fab week back on the waggon
