What have we eaten today

Hey all, not bothered by the frapachino Jot but totally jealous over that cream egg. Mmmmm!! Might have to treat myself to one soon.

Hi Dm yes creme eggs are my weakness, love them. Never had the frapachino before, it was a toss up between a pasty or the frapachino, glad i didnt have the pasty, think it was about a zillion calories:p

Just thought i would pop in and see how you are all getting on!

I have some good news i have lost 4lb's this week and i am really chuffed, have not really had any losses since christmas.

Yesterday I didnt eat very much - I had:

B: 2 x mini toast with eggs & tea 350
L: peanuts & milk & tea 450
D: Tuna salad wrap 400
S: Apple w/peanut butter 200

But I did manage to get my full cals in because of the peanuts!

Good news too... the scales have shifted in my favour and I am down another 2lbs!! :)

Today will be:

B: Fruit & 1 x mini toast & egg 300
L: Tuna salad wrap 400
D: pasta & salad (not had pasta in over a month! eek!) 400
S: smoothie (homemade!) 300

Was so chuffed that I went out and got a couple of tops in what I hope to be my last size 18 clothes shopping! By the time the weather warms up enough for strappy tops & skirsts I hope to be down to a 16!
 
Yes i know what you mean about the summer coming, I am still in my 18's but they are getting loser. I dont what to be a size 10 but even a comfortable 14 would be lovely.
 
I went and ate a lot of cake yesterday. Then a pie. Then a belgian waffle with ice cream...

Urr.

In my defence it was my best mate's birthday :D
 
I had my birthday at the weekend.

Ate like, one bit of cake. A small slice too. But the reason ive gained was probably the tray of chips i had and sunday dinner. LOL.

Going to have some more noms later to bring up cals abit. Probably toast and something..but i dont know what.

White bread roll - Um, 180cals?

Quorn "chicken" - 100cals.
Salad - 50cals.
Mushrooms - 40cals.

TOTAL SO FAR - 627.

[ Not inc, the couple of chips i stole from my boyfriend. Or the prawn cracker or 2 i ate cause i dont know the exact cals. It doesnt matter either way, cause my intake even with them added would still be lower than i want it to be. ]

Will eat more before bed.

Back on to the 1,200 a day target this week, even after the weekend's cake-fest. Hopefully because I spent a couple of months levelling out at 1,800 - 2,000 it'll start shifting again :)

PLUSSS - Walked 1 mile, incline on the treadmill. Walked around Tesco. Will be doing 200 sit ups before bed, weights and areobic activity.
