My maintenance period will end this week (I've been eating maintenance calories of about 1,800 - 2,000 a day for a few weeks), and I'll be hitting the 1,200 again as of next week.

Well I made an especially nice dinner so I thought I'd share it :)

Breakfast:

Porridge (200)
Banana (100)

Lunch:

Stir fry with chicken and tons of veggies (400)
Strawberries (50)
Yoghurt (85)

Dinner:

Tumeric and onion couscous with steak filet and julienne courgette, red pepper, and green bean flavoured with garlic and basil (450)

Total: 1285
 
Back to behaving methinks. Been good today coz was sooooo naughty yesterday (hot chocolate and pizza from Bakers Oven AND cheeseburger and chips from the chippy). Hoping I can reign it back before my weigh in on Saturday.

B: Crunchy nut cornflakes 200kcal
L: Tomato soup 226kcal
D: WW Beef in red wine (yum!) 256kcal

Snacks : 2x oaty bars 134kal, 2x kiwi fruit 30kcal, 1 finger of kitkat 65kcal, bowl of red cabbage 20kcal (if that).

Think thats about 931 kcal. Gonna have a hot chocolate 40kcal, and a couple mini meringues 30kcal which should bring it a bit higher.

I too had a really naughty day yesterday :(

I had a yum yum from the bakers and had a kebab last night!

Going to start the day with:

B: Honey nut shredded wheat (i know full of sugar!) and a banana 350
L: Tuna salad & slice of bread (no mayo) 300
D: Chick pea dahl (homemade so VERY low cal) & brown rice 450
S: Ryvita & cheese spread 100
S: Pear & apple 100
S: freshly juiced fruit juice (cranberries, orange, pineapple etc) 100

400 + couple of hours ironing for exercise :)

Today WILL be better! I feel rough after yesterdays crappy food day :s

I know it's not much different than yesterday, I'm a find something I like and stick to it kind of girl. Not very exciting.
Makes 1063kcal I think, plenty left for a little nibble tonight methinks.

I had a starbucks frappachino mocho light today it was 110 calories and it was bloody marvelous i recommend them.

Hey all, not bothered by the frapachino Jot but totally jealous over that cream egg. Mmmmm!! Might have to treat myself to one soon.

L: about six mouthfuls of soup (thought I liked Oxtail, turns out I was wrong), call it 30kcal to be on safe side, no more. 2x crispbreads and marmite 80kcal
D: Chicken carbonara 298kcal 2x wholemeal bread 110kcal

Snacks: French fries 84cal, oaty bar 67kcal, one finger of kitkat 65kcal, wheetos bar 88kcal, pickled onions 10kcal, kiwi 15 kcal, hot chocolate 40kcal

Makes 1087, and most of it junk, would have been a bit higher if my soup wasn't yuk. Don't think I'll eat again tonight, think I'm gonna go get some shut-eye.
