What have we eaten today

Me tooooo but at 252 calories a bag, it really has to be a rare treat!!!
Oh, and while Im talking about crisps, I went for the Tesco Own Brand baked crisps this week, saving 30p compared to the Walkers ones... I dont advise it, stick with walkers... Much better flavour!!
 
not a bad day for me... only problem is when i make homemade things in the slow cooker i have no idea of the calories...

breakfast:- 30g raspberry cereal - 99kcals
1 strawberry yogurt pouch - 76kcals

lunch:- half a tin of baked beans - 151kcals
2 slices of ww brown bread - 132kcals
2 little stars fromage frais - 130kcals

snack:- packet of quavers - 87kcals

dinner:- homemade coq au vin (no idea)
 
Today was my little girls 2nd birthday so i threw a little party with just her siblings and cousins but i did indulge in some of the party food, i made the cake so i couldn't not try a slice ;)

Breakfast; 1 Bolied egg with granary toast and an apple 260
Then i had some cake and a few iced gems and quite a lot of smarties so i reckon about 1000kcal in total :(
Dinner; Homemade chicken stir fry 300 kcal (only a small portion)
Drinks; 1/2 pt skimmed milk for tea and coffee 100kcal

Total 1660 kcal
 
Aww, happy birthday to your little girl. My son turns 1 tomorrow :)

I have snacked on crap today! Low cal crap, but still, rubbish! Also been so busy so had hardly any time to get on here. So:

B: Toast and banana
S: Walkers bakes and an alpen bar
L: BBQ chicken salad and golden wonder salt and vinegar
D: Toast and beans
Supper: Toast with cheese slice, walkers lights and an alpen bar.

Yuk, yuk, yuk! I've been in such a nibbly mood all day, stuck to 1480 calories but feel bad for not having healthy snacks.

dinner salmon salad and dressing = 400 cal
ice cream at least 350 cal, and slush 200 cal and few chips 100kal
so i reakon about 1800-1900 today :(

Lunch - 1 Apple: 70 Cals

Dinner - Gammon Steak, Chips, Cabbage: 600 Cals

Snacks - 2 fingered Kit-Kat, 1 Satsuma: 190 Cals

100 Cals allowed for Milk in Tea

Total - 1210 Cals. :)
 
1480 is good, Lou! It's probably good to have the odd day of 'naughty' foods (as long as you stay within your calorie limit), so you don't go mad with self-denial and go on a REALLY bad binge...

Brek this morning was Oats So Simple golden syrup flavour and a slice of toast - 320. Fancied something sugary to kick-start me.
 
Wow... I felt really bad driving home, thinking I had proper pigged out today..

Turns out, its not too bad - Toast for brekkie, a tuna sandwich for lunch and paella so far for tea - 1160 cals. Still got about 400 to go :D
 
sounds like we have all had a bit of day! me included, had the nibbles and its been so busy at work i did not get chance to sit down and eat some thing proper.

too low again really, i am struggling to eat enough which is sooo weird as before i would eat shed loads stuff my face and probably reach in excess of 3000 cals some days. will have to try harder to reach at least 1500 tomorrow.
am just worried about having low cals one day then having more the next, i mean if i have 1500 or more 2moro now will it affect my weight loss cause of eating more cals? its so confusing
 
Costa, I think me and you may be twins...!

Today is a new start - Despite having Pizza on order for lunch from the local takeaway....

Breakfast was poached eggs on toast - 240 calories
I have a WW Yogurt for a snack - 56 calories
Then the pizza - 3 slices, no more... Estimating 700 calories for that
Leaves me 500 for tea when I get in tonight, and thinking of having chicken and brocolli for my tea. Again. Tasty stuff! Or I have a lasagne ready meal in the freezer for 330 calories. We shall see!
