What have we eaten today

I kinda started late...didnt eat till like 3:30
But so far ive had

Mini pepperoni pizza 200cals
Can of green beans 60cals
And a 100cal snack holiday rice cake thingy = 360cals
 
Thanks LM, I had several colds on top of each other and I dont ever take time off to rest so I think i became really run down.

Was trying to get back on the wagon yesterday but I fluffed up!

So I weighed in this morning and now i have put 3lb on:eek: THAT IS IT!!

Going to plan for today so i dont deviate.

Well I am back today to try harder, I ended up eating chocolate last night which took me way over my calories, so gonna try harder today.

I stuck to my plan and 2 of 4lb has come off this mornig already, so I am feeling super motivated, my aim is to get back to were i left off for this friday so i can start on my jingly challenge.

1 cup Goji Juice -60
3/4 cup rice -100
1 pc. kfc chicken (oh noooo!) - 120 [got this from calorieking.com]
1 hot latte - 90
1 fit n right juice - 70

Total so far: 460 (because it's still 4:21pm here)

I guess I'll just have milk for supper. wish me luck! =]

Had a pretty good weekend eating wise, considering I drank quite a bit on Saturday night. Was going to order a take-away when I got home, but quickly ate a john west tuna pasta pot thing to stop me feeling hungry.
Today has been:
Breakfast: scrabled egg on toast = 129
Lunch: Smokey Vegetable Burrito = 300
Dinner: 3/4 of a Dahal innocent veg pot (it tasted "odd") Jacket potato with cottage cheese and tuna= 650
Snack: Fruit with natural yogurt = 120
Water: 2 litre
Total = 1199

Seems like I have eaten a lot, but not even hit 1200, and today is meant to be a 1500 day (am trying calorie cycling). Will have a hot chcolate later, but that's only 40 calories lol
 
Weekend was a bit unplaaned which always throws me and i did have an unfortunate run in with some of the kids chocolate :)

Today much more on plan

S Apple
L Veg Chilli
S Banana and Yoghurt
D Lemon Chicken stir fry
S Apple and Skinny Cow Hot Chocolate

Lunch: Pasta with marinara and veg = 370
Dinner: Lemon and pepper quorn escalope with cous cous and salad = 360
Snack: Toffee-nut Latte = 150, Fruit with natural yogurt = 120 and a Skinny Cow Hot chocolate = 40
Water: 2 litre
Total = 1170 (on a 1200 day)

Tomorrow is my first 1000 day on calorie cycling. Going to be tough I think!

wow i have eaten any fruit or veg today, terrible i will have to make up for it tomorrow. and i am only going to weigh myself every month now instead of every week, so my next wi is going to be when the xmas challange finishes.

Snack: Apple = 50 Fruit anf yogurt = 140, Hot Chocolate = 40
Water: 2 litre

Today was a 1350 day and I have eaten quite a lot of "bad" stuff - but I don't think I have gone over that amount.
B: Weetabix = 130
L: Ate out. Has a Mushroom, Halloumi and Sundried tomato chutney sandwich with half a portion of fries and some coleslaw. Dessert was a few sips of milkshake = 700 ish I reckon
D: Quorn chicken and Quorn scotch egg salad = 200
S: Jam Tart. = 150

Got 170 left, but might save that incase I have underestimated.

How is cal cycling working out for you? How long have you been on it and how much did you lose in that time?
 
Hi all, I've been a-missin, but hoping to get back on track today. Had a hectic couple of weeks, with college, a new baby in the house, and my son's been up at night from teething. He's been crying so much I ended up taking him to the doc's yesterday, just in case it was something more! Then I had a couple of days off of college when my sister had the baby, so have been catching up with that, plus doing two assessments!

And breathe!

So, today I'm off to the supermarket to stock up on healthy snacks, as this has been where I've really been going wrong. I feel all minging inside from the junk food :(

Food today shall be:

B: Two crumpets and light spread, green tea
L: Home made lentil soup - had some yesterday for dinner, it was so good! 4x cream crackers and 20g philadelphia extra light.
D: A WW meal of some sort - either shepherd's pie or lasagne, with mixed veg.

Not counting dinner, as I'm not sure what I'm having yet, this comes to 611. Still sticking to 1500 calorie limit.
