What have we eaten today

I was terribly naughty yesterday. Nandos chicken breast in ciabatta for lunch, then Dominos pizza for dinner. I had a day of cravings! :D

Still, not to worry. My stomach was upset this morning, reminding me that it really hates fatty foods these days. I'll pay for it when I weigh in on Saturday, that's for sure!
 
Oh CB nando's chicken is soooooo lovely, I want to go there for tea now:p

Well I had a bit of a blow out last night as it was my mates 40th and i am ready to get back on the wagon so to speak.

B. 1 wholemeal toast with a scrapping of butter 200

L. Strawberry slimfast. 220


Not sure about tea yet but about 600 cals worth.
 
Today I have had 2 yogurts for brekkie at 164 cals
4 melba toasts - 52 cals
tea - chicken & veg - 350 cals

total - 566 cals not enough so will try find a way to top it up, not really in the eating mood today :(
 
Hi Newby here aiming for 1450 cals aday, is that to high? :)

Brekkie - 2 slices toast with mamalade 300 cals
Lunch - houmous & salad wrap 350
Dinner - chicken curry & rice 500
Snacks - lite crisps 99 special k choc bites 99 kitkat 2 106
Total = 1449

I think 1300 - 1600 is good, just play around with them and see if you can lose a little each week. good luck.
 
Oh fab CB, me to had a really good day had around 1200 cals, right them lets go girls oop and guys.
 
Alas I spoke too soon. No gym this morning. I didn't sleep very well and I've got a lingering cold that won't shove off so I'm spending the day loafing about in bed.
 
breakfast - muesli/skimmed milk & agave syrup = 350
Lunch - turkey multigrain sarnie with light mayo & salad = 250
Dinner will be - leek/broccoli & potato soup with 1 slice multi grain bread = 250
Snacks - lite plain crisp = 100 banana = 120 - milky way = 99
Total = 1170
 
oh CB I hope you feel better soon, i am just happy that i have completed my first day (yesterday) instead of goofing it up.

Day 2 done! Been to aerobics, am shattered now, blimey it seems like it takes for ever to build up your cardio fitness and when you dont go for a couple of weeks its gone!:eek:
 
On the plus side, being at home yesterday meant eating well (no vending machine :D). I've gone in to work today (idiotically), but brought fruit with in the hope of staving off the boredom snackies with something better than crisps.

Lunch - tuna sarnie & cappaccino = 550
Dinner - weight watchers lasgne = 245
Snacks - banana = 80 aero stick = 159
Total = 1284

excercise = yoga boxing 30 mins

Lunch: Sandwich, about 350 cals (having to guesstimate as it's home-made).

Trying to avoid snacks. Accursed PMT!
