What have we eaten today

Okay I'm going to join in, it's on my blog but I'll put it here anyway...

Okay yesterday was a bit hard...I kept wanting to snack on onion bharjis that we have in the fridge, but I was good and only had 3 (they were mini ones). No idea how much calories were in them but I didn't go over my allowance.

Here's what I ate yesterday

The cheese was very bad, I didn't actually weigh it so I don't know how much I actually had but it was only enough for one sandwich (thinly sliced) so I guessed 60g.

Today is going to be better though, no more cheese LOL

Hello! I don’t usually work out the calories in what I eat (because I start getting really obsessed), but I thought I’d have a go today. I have to say, I am shocked by the calories in cashew nuts – I only had about 15 but they’re 9 calories each! Am pleased though, it looks okay – better than I expected. I can afford to eat a little more for breakfast, I think. Might add in an extra piece of fruit or something.

L: Innocent Mexican Chilli Sweet Potato Pot (368)

Plus 3 hours ironing & 1 hour on exercise bike :) (shouldnt smile too soon though, the evenings are where I fall down!)

Less exercise calories (400 for running just over 3 miles on the treadmill) = 1630.
Actually, considering what I ate, that’s not too bad. And I’m so pleased with myself for going on the treadmill when I got home, because it was quite late and I could so easily just have plonked myself in front of the telly with another glass of red wine…

I measure mine either from foodfocus.co.uk or by googling and finding the average. Obviously if something has the nutritional info on the packet I will work it out from that first.

I still drink coffee but just make sure that you include the milk/sugar in your calorie intake - or even better, have it with just a splash of 1% milk!

Today I've had:

B: WW malted wholemeal bread, 2 slices toasted with 2 poached eggs and a tsp real butter. (260cals)

L: Homemade smoothie made with 1 x banana small handful strawberries, desert spoon kent honey :) 3 x desert spoons fat free greek yogurt, 4 ice cubes and 25g natural organic peanut butter. (410cals)

S: Dairylea dunkable cheese with small carrot (75cals)
D: (will be) microwave cheese & ham tortellini with mixed veg (500cals)

Leaves me 205 cals for snackings :)

Hiya

Hope nobody minds if I join in. Have been dieting 4 weeks so far, just started out as cutting back but have found counting calories the easiest way to keep track of it all. Have lost 20lbs this way so far, but still a HUGE way to go. I'm just hoping I don't lose the fat to find wrinkles underneath!!

Anyway today I've had:

B:Crunchy nut cornflakes 200kcal
L:Whole tin of Heinz tomato soup 226kcal, 2 small slice wholemeal bread 110kcal
D:WW Ham and pineapple pizza 302 kcal

Snacks 2x satsumas 60kcal, Bowl of pickles onions 10kcal (my crisp substitute.

Total 908 kcal so far. Will prob have some toast in bit bring it up to about 1050. A bit lower than I am aiming for, trying to do 1200-1400 but sometimes I think you don't realise how low you come in til you tot it up properly.
