What have we eaten today

Today I've had:

B:Crunchy nut cornflakes 200kcal
L: Bowl of Heinz tomato soup 226 kcal
D: Turkey sandwich, jacket potato, runner beans 400kcal

Snack: 2 x kiwis 30kcal, satsuma 30kcal, quavers 87kcal, Weetabix oaty bar 67kcal, hot chocolate 40kcal

Total 1080, plenty left for some supper.

Todays food:

L : potato salad 130kcal, small tin tuna 67kcal, two crispbread 38kcal
Dinner : Half a mushroom pasta thing from Tescos 220kcal - only half coz it's minging so had some toast 150kcal

Snacks: Half an apple 40kcal, satsuma 30kcal, kiwi 15kcal, coco pops bar 84kcal, two mini meringues 30kcal, hot chocolate 40kcal.

Makes 1044, dunno if I'm having owt else coz really tired and got a headache so will prob go to bed after QI. Weigh in day tommorrow, hoping it's good, feeling fat this week and totm but have been good so fingers crossed.

Stir Fry sauce - 70cal.
1 snack-a-jack - 41 cals.

Lunch -

Stir fry - 150 cals.
3 medium mushrooms - 50cals. [ish]

Dinner -
2Quorn sausages - 120 cal.
Smash - 200 cal.

Snack -
2 cheddars - 40 cal.

Total so far -

771 cals.

Gunna eat something else soon.

Maybe another Quorn sausage and some salad. Or something.

Porridge - 200
Milk - 65
Milk in Tea - 28
Banana - 95 cals

Snack: yoghurt - 95 cals

Snack 2: one slice of wholemeal bread (99 cals), cheese (50 cals), Coleslaw (35 cals)

Lunch: BLT on wholemeal bread :eek: + salad - 550 cals.

= 1, 326.

Holy hell! :eek: Still have dinner to go...

1 tin of mushrooms - 12cals.
Some, slightly less than half an Onion - 20cals.
1 leek - 25 cals.
2 Quorn Sausages - 120cals.

Lunch -
1 Plum - 48 cals.
1 Orange - 52 cals.

Dinner -
1 Stir fry - 70cals.
Some onion - 20cals.
Spinich - 10 cals.
Some podded peas - 20cals.
Mushrooms - 20cals.

Snack -
1 packet of snack-a-jacks - 89cals.

Total - 506.

I will eat something else later, mushrooms probably. Another bag of snack-a-jacks. Um, what else? Maybe another Orange..?

Hi everyone, well i have lost 2lb this week thank god i am on the move in the right direction.

Just had a bacon and egg sandwich for breakfast, to celebrate, going to have a late lunch now.

any losses this week ladies?
 
I lost 1lb this week!

I have suspected PCOS so it explains the struggle to lose more than that but I am well chuffed!!

Taking the day off calorie counting today as spending the day watching romantic movies with hubby and having lovely 3 course meal tonight but I am starting the Couch25k plan tomorrow so hopefully will still lose next week! I should still lose as I'll be back calorie counting again in the morning :)

Congrats to everyone on their losses. Weighed in yesterday, -3lbs so happy with that. Not gonna talk about the calories yesterday coz I kinda let myself have what I want (within reason) on Saturday night if I have a good weigh in. So knackered today, I work in a card shop so as you can imagine has been a pretty hectic week, and my little 'un is poorly at the mo so not having good nights. Anyway today I've had so far:

B: Crunchy nut cornflakes 200kcal
L: bowl of Heinz tomato soup 226
Snacks: Weetabix bar 67kcal, coco pops bar 84kcal, quavers 87kcal, fruit 100kcal, milk for coffees 100kcal (not sure on this one, two coffees quite milky but haven't really drank coffee since I started ccing, needed it today!)

Haven't had dinner yet, not long got in from work. But so far I think that makes 868 kcal or thereabouts. Means I can have a decent dinner, goody, then bath and to bed coz back in work at 7am. Sorry if rambled a bit. Hope everyone is having a good V'day.
 
Afternoon all! I've had a hectic week and a bit at work, but things have calmed down now, so I am back :D

You don't get rid of me that easily ;)
 
Good to be back... Especially as I had pizza, crisps and chocolate for most of last week and still lost 3lbs.

I'm evidently at the stage where my BMI has slowed to accomodate a 1,200 cals diet, so upping to 1,800 has got it going again :)
 
So, today so far I've had:

B: Porridge made with skimmed milk, tsp cinnamon & 1 banana. 350cals
L: prawn sandwich 300cals
S: smoothie 300
S: fresh juiced apple, carrot & grapes 150cals
D: chicken stir fry & brown rice 350

I ran around the orchards with the dog for a whole hour and am about to do 2hours of ironing so that must have afforded me an extra slice of toast or something lol! Think I'll have a decent snack too as I am really hungry right now!

2 crumpets with butter

tuna light lunch, hula hoops, apple cereal bar & satsuma

2 corn on the cob
sausage & veg soup
satsuma
5 gluten free rice cakes


I AM STUFFED

and thats all about 1200 cals...weirdly???

I hope this seems okay to everyone as i really dont know what i should be having

B: Bowl Special K (yuk, just using it up now I've wasted good money on it) 200kcal
L: Potato salad and tuna 130kcal, 2 crispbread with laughing cow blue cheese spread 63kcal
D:WW lasagne 245kcal

Snacks - weetabix bar 67kcal, cocopops bar 84kcal, kiwi 15kcal, 2x coffee with too much milk 100kcal

Think that makes 904, quiz night tonight so gonna save a few for when I'm out but gonna have a couple of bits of toast before I go. Small slices so should be around 150kcal so will still leave me plenty.

Hope everyone is having a good day. I'm just glad have day off work tommorrow to spend with my son (and some of it sleeping, his dad can get up with him).
