Thought we could challenge ourselves to learn to be able to make change but also recognise it! Here are mine so far: 1. I do not need food to comfort me and have found other methods to stop the binges. 2. I have found a new appreciation to food but proper nutritious food not junk. 3. I can control my emotions and find healthier outlets. 4. People generally don't actually pay attention to what I look like as much attentions I do!
