Just had a huge bowl of superspeed soup...it's the first time I have made it and it was yum (although I did have to adapt it slightly as no leeks or parsnips) but syn free and hopefully will get me to my target by 9th Sept (my birthday)!

UFO from the depths of my freezer, which turned out to be celery soup when thawed, and heated this up together with a few blocks of frozen spinach, some strips of ham, and three Laughing Cow lights stirred in - made a creamy and filling thick soup. Followed by 70g rte apricots (HXb)
