What have you just eaten??

A bit boring I'm afraid but I've just had a mug of tea and 2 Alpen Light bars. Weigh in tomorrow morning so I'm making one last effort to be good!

Sorry but that's not being good, its being extreme. Sw is a healthy eating plan. If u weren't hungry then I'd understand as a one off, but if ur purposely not eating to get better weight loss u may find it goes against u, cause ur body will be hungry and then wen u do it it will hold on to it so causing u probs next wk. Have something proper

Mushy pea chicken curry with mixed veg & boiled rice.

If u read the thread, u would see that it wasn't just a snack they were purposefully not eating to get better weight loss. Wasn't meant to be a lecture, but by the same degree, we cannot stand bye and encourage this type of behaviour. It was said with the best of interest for there health

Think the link might be 'syn free wraps?' or google discover mung bean wraps for the original blog :) they are basically soaked mung beans made into wraps ( bit tricky to make a first need a tad practice) v gorgeous! SW never got back on if they were food abuse ( I'll just get that in before some clever clogs does ;) lol) but I have been doing SW long enough to use my common sense and this was part of a meal which basically consisted of veg, chicken and mung beans! I def say give them a go! I love them :) I also add a tad of chilli to the batter :)

Egg & Bacon 'muffin' (in a muffin tray line the cups with fat free bacon and pour in a beaten egg - bung in the oven @ 180 for 15-20mins - lovely) :D

I have a recipe in a diabetic Indian cookbook for mung bean wraps so I can't see it as food abuse and I agree, my rule is, if it's part of a meal then I don't syn it, if it's a snack then I do, it's not like you are going to eat 20 of the things lol! But then I don't get the whole tofu thing either. I would never eat tofu as it is, straight out of the packet so I can't see why making it into a dessert makes it food abuse, I certainly wouldn't eat a whole pack to myself and I only have desserts as part of a meal anyhoo lol! I mean you could say eating a whole pack of ham is food abuse and you should syn it but SW say we can eat as much as we want, same goes for muller yogurts which are full of sugar, yet people snack on them all the time, I think it's a case of using your common sense and knowing when enough is enough.

I've just had 2 slices of nimble wholemeal toasted and topped with 2 slices of dairylea and tomatoes, plus a banana, oh well off to work now :(
