I had a lamb steak, new potatoes, cauliflower, peas, carrots & green beans. Then had some mint chocolate frozen yoghurt & gonna have a banana in a minute & maybe even an orange
I came home and made myself a lovely strawberry smoothie (thawed strawberries, crushed ice, plain nonfat yogurt, skim milk, and splenda in a blender). My favorite diet treat!
3 rashers bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, large dollop of baked beans, large tomato, pile of mushrooms. - and all free! (oh except for the teaspoon of tomato ketchup)
tried to colour co-ordinate to make the description look like my plate.. but it looked oh so much better while i was eating it! yum!
