Got relatives up visiting & had a buffet tea at mother's. Was doing really well but then messed up by having 2 slices of garlic bread, a chunk of cheese, a chocolate finger with chocolate icing,an iced bun and a bottle of bud!

Jerk chicken cooked on the BBQ with SW chilli chips and salad. Then a fresh fruit salad for dessert yum x
