What have you just eaten??

lunch; lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn, grated carrot, red pepper, red onion, fresh fig

(never had figs before, bought at the market this morning - different and very nice!)
 
lunch: egg fried rice done in 15g coconut oil (6syns for the oil) with ginger, garlic, mushrooms, peppers, peas, an Aldi Thai fishcake, sprigs of broccoli/cauliflower. Followed by an apple.
 
Actifried veggie crisps. :)
