What have you just eaten??

A ham & cheese salad with masses of red cabbage my new food craving . Followed by yoghurt mixed with a hifi light and strawberries rather full now
 
3 krisprolls with cottage cheese and quorn light bites :)
 
I actually had this for my hex b last night after aqua fit but forgot to mention it - and it was so good

Porridge (made with s/skimmed milk, water and 2 tsp sweetner)
1 tbls onken apple and mango fat free yoghurt
1/2 tsp mixed spice

Mix it all up - it was like food heaven:D
 
beans egg bacon on toast heb and 1/2 pot of yogurt 2x satsumas tasted so nice cause my lovely hubby cooked it for me :)
 
Ive eat like a gannit this week and still lost 2lbs. I was sure that id put weight on. Even had 110 syns. But yey xx
 
Tuna prawns cous cous and roasted veg mmm mmm
